At eXtremeRate Retail, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gaming upgrades and electronic accessories. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Items
Securely place the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all tools, screws, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 3-5 business days.
